Hardship and/or Happiness

Many people, if they half accept what I say, believe that my suggestions are too much of a hardship and/or would cause a loss of happiness. Nothing could be further from the truth. What I am suggesting is that we all obey God, which is neither too much of a hardship, nor any loss of genuine happiness. Yes, it is difficult, and for many people my suggestions appear to be a loss of happiness. However, the paradise which we all need to be seeking is only to be found through such attention and practice. The only way to achieve lasting happiness is by going through the temporary hardships which are nothing compared with the grand outcome, should we be successful during our short temporary lives here and now. The reality is that permanent hardship and unhappiness await all who avoid the narrow path that so few actually find. This life is truly a paradoxical and oxy moronic experience, that is, self-contradictory. We ought to be remembering the first Psalm which teaches us that if we are to be happy we cannot follow the advice of wicked people. Be doers of what is right and you will not be disappointed, otherwise we will have great regret instead of great happiness.
