The Namokanon
The Namokanon are the “precise rules” for the Church and how all people should live their lives. This is made from the Church, by the Church and for the Church as led by God the Holy Spirit in the Ecumenical Councils. Russia received the first set of Namokanon in the pure Old Slavonic from the Serbian Orthodox Church, about 1000 thousand years ago. This edition is what Old-Rite uses as the Seven Ecumenical Councils. Below is as close a facsimile to the real thing as I have ever seen, without any of the Latin innovations or subtractions seen in modern versions of these councils.
